Athlete's Foot
Athlete's foot is a common fungal infection that causes itching, scaling, cracking and burning between the toes and on the soles. It spreads in warm, damp places like gym showers, pools and closed shoes.
-
Athlete's Foot Antifungal Spray — tolnaftate 1%, an over-the-counter antifungal that cures most athlete's foot. Spray twice daily for 4 weeks; use daily to help keep it from coming back.
-
Tea Tree Foot Spray — a fast-drying tea tree, peppermint and eucalyptus spray for feet and shoes that keeps feet prone to athlete's foot fresh.
-
Tea Tree Foot Soak — an Epsom salt and tea tree oil soak for sweaty, tired feet.
Tips: dry carefully between your toes, change socks daily and wear flip-flops in shared showers. Antifungal treatment is not effective on nails — see a doctor for nail fungus or if there is no improvement within 4 weeks.
